Amsterdam, 25 September 2024 - Bynder, a global leader in enterprise digital asset management (DAM), has launched a number of new products at its inaugural customer conference, Bynder Connect.
Bynder Connect, which started today, brings together more than 300 industry leaders from some of the world’s most renowned brands across the fast moving consumer goods, retail and technology industries. Over two days, attendees are taking part in a series of immersive sessions which focus on how strategic DAM is driving tangible business outcomes.
In addition to these sessions, Bynder announced a number of new innovations that further extend the value of DAM and will empower teams to deliver impactful business value through leveraging strategic DAM.
Bynder AI Innovations
Bynder’s AI Search Experience has been pivotal in supporting go-to-market and content operations since it first launched last year. More than 400+ customers have adopted the solution and over 34 million images have been processed through it. With this in mind, Bynder is excited to reveal its new Face Recognition capabilities which will be pivotal in helping customers discover, tag, and search for images of people in their asset bank. The new feature enhances content discoverability, accelerating campaign time to market, reducing admin workload and improving content management.
Bynder Content Experiences for User Community
Bynder revealed its new solution, Bynder Content Experiences (CX) for User Community. Building on Brand Guidelines, which has already helped more than 700 leading global consumer brands maintain brand identity, the solution has been extended to help campaign managers drive alignment across teams to accelerate campaign time to market and ROI, and enable functional and go to market teams to deliver targeted content and training materials to drive growth. The new way of turning content from the Bynder DAM system of record into branded, visually stunning, immersive content experiences, opens up new opportunities for personalized engagement and storytelling beyond brand management.
Bynder Content Experiences for Omnichannel
With DAM being the system of record for all assets delivered to omnichannel platforms and systems, Bynder launched its new adaptive video delivery feature which will improve digital experiences across the ecosystem. Through Bynder’s dynamic asset transformation (DAT), and extensive integrations with over 70+ delivery applications, over 113 billion assets have been served to downstream systems in the last six months. The addition of adaptive streaming optimizes the delivery of video content to a user’s digital channels and will also track asset performance with metrics - delivering the right content at the right time.
Accelerate time to value
Bynder has also exclusively launched its Business Acceleration Services, which aims to help customers with integrations, taxonomy, governance, and configuration. Through this service, Bynder and its strategic partners help companies align business objectives with digital strategies, ensure seamless integration of digital technologies into existing workflows, and optimize continuous improvement in digital transformation and DAM implementation.
Advanced Analytics
Bynder has enhanced its Advanced Analytics solution to empower brands to make data-driven decisions based on platform performance and engagement. The new solution will support content experiences and AI, focusing on operational KPIs to drive impactful business outcomes through a number of engaging dashboards that report on asset usage and performance.
Bob Hickey, CEO at Bynder, said: “We’re excited to welcome all of our customers and partners to Bynder Connect today. Our position in the industry as the undisputed leader in digital asset management is a testament to the fact that we’re continuing to push the boundaries of what’s possible when it comes to DAM and AI. DAM is a strategic business solution so it’s imperative that we create new solutions that will not only help our customers manage and deliver the assets they are creating, but also solutions, such as our Business Acceleration Service, that will really help them to drive positive business outcomes.”
