About
Caesars Entertainment is one of the largest hospitality and gaming companies in the world, operating 52 properties and 27 distinct brands across the US. With content needing to reach corporate websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, on-property kiosks, in-room televisions, and physical signage, Bynder has become the strategic backbone of how Caesars creates, governs, and activates content experiences across the entire organization.
Why Caesars Entertainment is a winner
Caesars' Bynder deployment is a textbook example of what can be achieved by strategically deploying Bynder at the center of an organization’s content ecosystem. What began as a solution to strengthen asset usage rights compliance has evolved into an operational engine powering more than 20 business units. Content flows from Bynder into every channel, system, and customer touchpoint for one of America's most recognizable hospitality brands.
The breadth and scale of this deployment reflect an organization that has fully committed to Bynder not as just another tool, but as the foundation of its ongoing digital transformation.
“When you have this ecosystem where everything feeds off of one solution, it allows us to be agile and get to market really fast. And it just provides a consistent guest experience across all of our applications.”— Michael Wall, Digital Asset Librarian at Caesars Entertainment
How Caesars Entertainment uses Bynder
Caesars’ Bynder journey started with a pressing compliance need. With usage rights increasingly difficult to track and assets spread across disconnected systems, Caesars needed an enterprise-scale DAM to bring order, visibility, and governance.
Today, Bynder serves as Caesars' system of record for all brand and marketing assets across 27 brands and 52 properties. CX User Community hosts comprehensive brand guidelines for every brand, with customized landing pages tailored to different user groups, ensuring that every team and partner works from current, approved standards. Ad hoc file-sharing tools like WeTransfer have been fully retired in favor of Bynder Express, consolidating file transfer into a single, secure, governed platform.
CX Omnichannel is central to how Caesars delivers content at scale. Nearly 4 billion asset servings in a single year across the Caesars Rewards mobile app, the Caesars Eats food ordering platform, corporate websites, email campaigns, and on-property kiosks. The Caesars Eats team had a notable success story: with 50 properties each housing multiple restaurants and amenities, the volume of channel-specific assets required was huge. Omnichannel presets created in Bynder eliminated the need to manually resize assets for each channel, delivering significant time savings.
Another interesting use case now sees Bynder powering in-room television content across Caesars properties via CDN links. Assets sourced from Bynder are now displayed directly on guest room TVs the moment they turn on.
“Bynder can deliver everything you need at scale. Whether it's email, kiosks, or your website, you don't need to worry about uptime or asset delivery—it just works, and it's going to make your life a lot easier."— Michael Wall, Digital Asset Librarian at Caesars Entertainment
AI Search elevates Caesars' DAM from a governed repository to an intelligent content engine. Facial recognition, Search by Image, Text-in-Image Search, and automated metadata enrichment have transformed compliance workflows, rights management, and day-to-day asset discovery. One moment testifying to its value came when a talent contract for a Caesars Sportsbook campaign expired and the relevant assets needed to be quickly removed from circulation. Facial recognition surfaced not only the primary campaign assets, but a casino exterior image with the talent visible on signage in the background—something a manual search would never have caught, preventing costly copyright fees.
Text-in-Image Search has similarly helped safeguard compliance. When legally-required disclaimer text needed changing for specific US states, Bynder's ability to search for text within images allowed teams to locate and update relevant content without the drudgery of a manual audit.
Finally, the platform’s +39 NPS score from an internal user survey reflects the organization-wide trust in Bynder as the operational backbone of Caesar’s content ecosystem.
What the judges say
"For me, Caesars is the definitive strategic DAM deployment story. 27 brands, 52 properties, 20+ business units, nearly 4 billion asset servings, and Bynder embedded into every channel from mobile apps to in-room televisions to employee communications to on-property kiosks. This is an organization where Bynder has become load-bearing infrastructure, not just a marketing tool."— Alexandra Lingard, Principal, Strategic Resources Group at THL
