We're very happy to announce that we've managed to acquire Boston-based LumaCloud LLC! This is a huge boost in knowledge, people and energy for Bynder, and will allow us to offer the highest level of local support within the United States in the future.
Bynder acquires LumaCloud LLC
LumaCloud is a strong name in the U.S., providing online brand management tools to many enterprise customers including well-known names such as Ingersoll Rand, SkinMedica/Allergan and Bacardi-Martini. The entire team and customer base will be amalgamated with Bynder’s, and Kristof Vereenooghe (CEO and founder of LumaCloud) will head-up all operations in the United States.
